Deo was given as a gift to a senior lady when she was a puppy...  this didn't work out too well for Deo and she travelled from home to home looking for someone to love.  At last she ended up in rescue.

Just before Deo was ready to go to her new adoptive home she developed an inner ear infection, these circumstances made it necessary for us to cancel her adoption.  Surgery by an ear specialist.  was required; as a result of the infection and surgery little Deo has been left with no hearing in one ear, and a slight head tilt.  After recovering from her ear infection, it was discovered she had a luxating patella.  More surgery for our little darling. 

Happily she came through this surgery as well, and has been adopted by some wonderful people who love her all the more for her small disability.
