Brodie

Brodie has been adopted by an active couple who like to run and hike - perfect for this boy. He has made friends with a golden named Ellie who he likes to cuddle with - this is one happy boy!

Brodie is a happy young playful 1 year old who LIKES KIDS and loves people, he just wants to follow you around and be next to you! He's good with other dogs and would be fine as a second dog. Brodie is learning how to sit, come, leave it, and how to have good leash manners, he's so happy to be out of the shelter!

Brodie will need a home that will make sure he gets his exercise and socializing kept up, he really enjoys both. Brodie like toys and fetching a ball, and is dying to go for a big run, which he will as soon as his recall is good. He has calmed down a lot now that he is out of the shelter and is learning how to relax and be a shar pei.

He is still very young and does need some basic training but is eager to please and adores attention, being a quick study he will make his new family very proud in training class. Exercise is going to be the key to keeping this young man happy and behaving. If you are looking for a running partner or hiking companion this is the boy for you, he will thrive with an active family.
